Maintaining a healthy lifestyle while embracing life's joys can be quite a balancing act. Our Healthy Living Solutions Group Sessions provide a practical and affordable opportunity to learn how to make positive changes, guided by an expert in a supportive group environment.
Themed around the seasons, each monthly 60-minute session focuses on a specific topic, followed by engaging discussions and Q&A sessions. These sessions are designed to equip you with practical strategies to tackle common challenges associated with lifestyle changes.
As an added benefit, participants will have access to weekly wellness videos from our Wellness Director, Dr. Amy. These videos offer valuable tips and motivation to help you stay committed and achieve your wellness goals.
