Individual Training
Less Time, Better Results


Our clinical version of “personal training”, what we call Foundational Individual Training, takes a more fundamental approach to resistance exercise. By properly learning the essential movements needed to perform your best (bend, squat, lunge, push, pull, rotate, and carry) under expert supervision, you will gain the confidence, motivation, and direction you need to achieve the results you want, all in focused 30-minute sessions that are respectful of your time.
